A Safety device to ensure unambiguous and secure station to station communication. It is a Control Communication Equipment at the Station for Radio communication on VHF frequencies. Used for communication with adjacent stations for Block working (line clear) in case of wire failure. It is also used for communication with field radios like driver guard radios, etc. It has in-built voice and event logging with date and time stamping.
